Opportunities

Once a year, Peccole Ranch Community Association holds elections for Directors/Officers positions. According to the PRCA Bylaws, Director/Officer appointments are for a two-year term of service. The yearly elections provide the opportunity for homeowners who have the desire to become more personally active in the operation and management of the Association to volunteer. The candidates must be willing to devote their resources and uncompromised time to the management of the Association.

Aside from the yearly elections of Directors/Officers, there are three very important committees that work closely with the Board. These committees are supported exclusively by a group of volunteer homeowners interested in preserving the high caliber lifestyle and property values of the community. These committees are important to the Board as they serve as a “sounding board" to the Board. There are no terms associated with these committees. Membership participation is valuable ongoing community activity.
