Peccole Ranch is a private upscale community located in the Southwest area of the Las Vegas Valley. The community is comprised of 630 total acres, including 284 acres of common area and 46 acres of beautifully landscaped tree-lined greenbelt paseos and walkways for the enjoyment of all the Peccole Ranch residents.
Peccole Ranch was designed to enhance the comfort and family life style of the residents. Piggot Elementary School is adjacent to the Clubhouse and tennis courts. Designated Junior and Senior High Schools are only a short distance away.

We have a very dynamic and vibrant community. We conduct two community-wide garage sales each year; one on the second weekend in April, and one on the second weekend in October.
