Q - Who do I talk to when I want to file a complaint?
A -You can call the Association office and advise them of your complaint. However you MUST submit your complaint in writing. A “Community Concern” form can be picked up at the PRCA Office. You can drop it off or mail it to: PRCA, 9501 Red Hills Road, Las Vegas, NV 89117. FAX: 702-243-5819

Q - I have added a small landscape area to my house. Do I still need to get it approved?
A - Yes! The Association needs to have an approval for every exterior change made. Approval must be obtained prior to beginning the work.

Q - Can I pay my Association dues at the Peccole Ranch Office?
A -Yes! The office is open 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There is a mail slot in the door for after hour mail deliveries. Remember, checks or money orders only!

Q - What can be done about vehicles continually being parked in the streets and driveways?
A - Cars are not allowed to be parked on streets overnight in gated communities. Violations should be reported to Wackenhut Security at 702-683-1022. Non-gated communities are public streets and governed by the City of Las Vegas. Therefore street parking is permitted. However, the Association encourages use of homeowner garages and driveways for vehicle parking.

Q - Where can I get a copy of the CC&R’s?
A - At the Peccole Ranch office. There is a $45.00/$125.00 charge for this document. Call (702) 255-3351.

Q - I want to paint the exterior of my house. Do I need approval?
A - Yes! Please remember that any exterior change must be reviewed by the Design Review Committee. DRC approval forms may be picked up at the PRCA Office, 9501 Red Hills Road or call (702) 255-3351 or print the "Forms" option on the left.

Q - I would like to install solar screens on my house. Do I need approval?
A - Yes. Any exterior change must be approved by the DRC. Forms may be picked up at any PRCA office, call 702-255-3351, or print the "Forms" option on the left.

Q - Is the Frisbee course open to the public
A - No. You must be a Peccole Ranch Association homeowner or an invited family guest to play on the Frisbee course.

Q - I would like to start playing tennis. Where can I get the gate code to get into the courts?
A - You can get the code by coming to the PRCA Office and providing proper identification.

Q - I live in a gated community and have misplaced my pedestrain gate key and remote gate opener. How can I get replacements?
A - You can get gate keys at the PRCA Office. The Office does not provide remote gate openers. You can buy one at a hardware store such as Home Depot or Lowe's. Please show identification at our office and we will be happy to give you the remote code required for your area.
