Vacancy on Executive Board of Directors

The PRCA Board of Directors regret to announce that an unexpected vacancy has occurred on the Executive Board of Directors, You will find a self nominating application here.

This form is provided for recorded homeowners who wish to be considered for the appointment by the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy that now exists on the Board. In order to have your self nomination considered, you must return this form to us no later than February 26 , 2010, 4 pm via FAX email or in person at the PRCA office. Additionally, per NRS 116.31034 you may want to include an information page. The nominee information statement:

  1. must be no longer than an additional single, typed page in no less than 12 pt font spaced at 1.5 line spacing;
  2. must not contain any defamatory, libelous or profane information and
  3. may be sent in its entirety with the secret ballot mailed.

The Board members may be voting at the March 11th meeting on the appointment of a Director to fill the vacancy for the term which ends in January 2011. Nominees are encouraged to attend the meeting at 6:30 p.m. March 11, 2010 and be prepared to make a two minute presentation on their qualifications in addition to the information provided on this form and nominee information statement.
